Julie Blanton was a wonderful help getting our condo ready to sell and was very easy to work with. We had a lot of challenges and she had a lot of good ideas. She was willing to spend time working with contractors and had many contacts in that area which made it much easier for us. She had good knowledgeable of the market and kept us in the loop as far as pricing , which was particularly important because we did some additional upgrading during the time it was under listing and we needed to know how to adjust the asking price. She also helped stage the house as far as decorating and furniture. She was willing to do a number of open houses and eventually that brought us the buyer. I would absolutely work with Julie again!

She was organized, timely and we always felt we were informed throughout the 8 month transaction. Since we were not able visit the site Julie would walk the property and video the progress, this gave us a great sense of reassurance.
